How to Send in your Media

All media, computers and laptops should be enclosed in an anti-static bag and wrapped in bubble-wrap for protection.  There should be a minimum of 2 inches of padding on all sides of the media. The contents of the packing box should be well secured. Please do not use styrofoam peanuts. The outside of the shipping box should be labeled to indicate fragile contents.

For ease of identification, please complete the Information sheet or include your company name, address, phone number, and contact name on the inside of the box.  This information is generally taped to the media.
