What is Bios?
Bios is an acronym for Basic Input-Output System. When the system is turned on, the computer activates the BIOS to test all its components and to see what kind of computer it is. It will then check for a system disk. Once that is detected, it will seek the operating system on the hard disk and finish the boot process.

What is Raid 0?
RAID 0 is the simplest and inexpensive RAID level. It does not involve any file redundancy. This level provides data striping (spreading out blocks of each file across multiple hard drives). This improves performance, but does not deliver fault tolerance. If one drive in the array fails, then all data is lost.
